Let's back up a second. So I gained 4 lbs on my cheat day 2/26...woke upmon 2/27 at 259. On 2/28 I was at 257. I did the mini workout per my 2/27 post. Then did the mini workout last night 2/28. When I woke up this morning, no weight loss. Let's be fair...minor maybe a .2 or a .4. I have noticed in the past when doing workouts ( weights or kettle bells) I have actually maintained weight. The situations bears monitoring which I am now doing this blog.
