8/2 Update----progress is in action

It is Tuesday Morning and the weigh in was 232.4 pounds

*That is two days of MED workouts (70 kettlebells, 30 bosu crunches, 15 cat vomit)
*Back on 4HB after cheating Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday breakfast
*My goal is to get to 227.8 pounds (my all time best) by Saturday am

    I'm so blown away at how fast a person gains weight! When I cheat more than one meal no matter what I eat I gain 5 pounds! Then it always takes me 3-5 days to loose that same 5 pounds...what the heck is that?

  2. Thanks Ian..I here you. I avoid BEER like the plague. Every bear I drink is like 1 pound gained. It is unbelievable how that impacts me.

    On the same token, I am having good success losing the weight fast
