After reaching my goal weight....I decided to take a break from logging everything and just do it and see how much I could remember. It went excellent.
Consider that I lost another pound this week.....I am fired up!
I am down to 227.8, which I call 227!!!! That makes it a total of 71 pounds.
I will tell you what though the 50lb kettle bell for 75 reps is kicking my a$$!
I do think it is an awesome minimum effective dose workout!
Now on to my reward. Double Cheat Day in Vegas with my 4 Hour Crew and Friends!
