This mornings weigh in was 235.4 pounds! I always consider 1 pound a victory. So last week I lost .4 pounds.......and I will take it. Due to travel things were out of whack.
-PAGG was all over the place, once twice...who knows
-I ate too many almonds...and I never eat them anymore
-I drank about 6 drinks on Tuesday and probably 15 on Wednesday
-No ab routines
-2 and 3 cups of coffee per day
All in all.....I'll take it!
I love not seeing 340 on the scale.
