Well it is Sunday evening and winding down. I went on a 2 day binge. It was planned....and that was on Friday & Saturday. I didn't go crazy and really only went a bit overboard on Saturday dinner.
I was happy to say that on Sunday morning the weight gain was only 7 pounds.
So back at it today.
This week I am mixing in some protein bars that were recommended by @carbslow
Besides that nothing new adding in, but I am going to try out some more recipes form the cookbook.
