This morning's weigh in was 237.8 pounds. This week's challenge is that I will be on the road starting Tuesday morning with a 6 am flight. I won't return until Thursday late evening.
So I will have to take some protein bars with me as snacks just in case. Almonds as well.
It is work meetings so I don't imagine dinner being a problem.....it's lunch that could be a problem. They usually have that ready for us....so it may minimize my choices.
I will scout out back-up alternatives when I get there Tuesday mid day
The Goal of this week is to get to 232.something.
