5/29 CHEAT DAY QUICK WORKOUT!

I just busted out a quick cheat day workout!

*25 myocratic crunches on bosu ball
*15 cat vomit for 12 seconds each
*75 reps on kettlebell @ 40 pounds

*Had a quick bit or Grapefruit Juice
*Getting some lemon juice to dash into some water

THEN I AM GOING TO CRUSH SOME PIZZA

After that I am going to the movies tonight.....FINALLY SOME BUTTERED POPCORN AT THE MOVIES!!!!
